Why is the cost quoted in dollars?
Because the Turkish programme thresholds are set in US dollars (US$400,000 / US$500,000). The taka equivalent moves with the exchange rate, so we always confirm the current BDT figure rather than fixing it. The property itself is an asset you can sell after three years; only the fees are non-recoverable.
