Turkish citizenship is granted solely by the Republic of Türkiye, administered by its competent authorities — not by Turkish Citizenship from Bangladesh. We are not a government body, embassy, or substitute for one, and we do not make the citizenship decision.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use this website and to submit an enquiry. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website only for lawful purposes.

Programme thresholds (from US$400,000 in real estate and US$500,000 for other routes), the three-year holding period, family inclusion (spouse and children under 18), fees, processing times, and visa-free counts are indicative and may be changed by the Turkish authorities at any time.

Bangladeshi taka (BDT) figures are indicative conversions (assuming roughly US$1 ≈ ৳123) and move with the live exchange rate. Always verify current figures against official Turkish sources at the time of application.

A consultation is an introductory, no-obligation discussion. It does not, by itself, create a client relationship or commit either party to proceed.

If you choose to engage us, the scope of work, fees, and responsibilities will be set out in a separate written engagement agreement, which will govern that relationship and prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

Our advisory fee is agreed with you in writing before you commit and is separate from third-party costs such as the investment itself, government and application charges, valuation, legal, translation, and notary fees.

Third-party costs are set by those providers and authorities and are subject to change. We will give you a clear breakdown before you proceed. Unless your engagement agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the related work has been performed.

When you deal with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information — give complete, truthful, and current details and documents.
• Use lawful, documented funds — ensure the funds used are legitimately held and properly documented.
• Provide authentic documents — not submit forged, altered, or misleading documents.
• Cooperate — respond to requests and complete steps in a timely manner so your application can progress.
• Comply with the law — observe applicable Bangladeshi, Turkish, and other relevant laws, including foreign-exchange and tax rules.

All investment and fund-transfer structuring is conducted strictly within Bangladesh Bank and Turkish regulatory frameworks. We require a clean, documented source-of-funds trail and conduct due diligence consistent with anti-money-laundering obligations.

We do not facilitate, advise on, or assist any informal or undocumented transfer of funds, hundi/hawala, or any circumvention of foreign-exchange controls. We may decline, pause, or terminate work, and make any disclosure required by law, where compliant documentation cannot be established or where we suspect unlawful activity.

Aspects of the programme involve independent third parties, including our licensed Turkish legal partner, valuers, notaries, banks, and government authorities. While we coordinate with them, they are independent, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, fees, or decisions.
